Citronella Essential Oil

For Aromatherapy: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser filled with the recommended amount of water.

For Outdoor Diffusion: Add 4–6 drops to an outdoor diffuser or combine with Lemongrass, Eucalyptus, Cedarwood or Lavender Essential Oil.

For Topical Use: Dilute 1–2 drops in 5 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to exposed areas of the skin.

For Massage: Add 4–6 drops to 30 ml of carrier oil and massage gently onto the body.

For Home Fragrance: Add a few drops to aroma stones, potpourri or appropriately formulated candles, wax melts and room sprays.

For Household Freshness: Add to professionally prepared surface sprays, floor-cleaning blends or deodorising formulations according to suitable formulation guidelines.

For Bath Use: Mix 2–3 drops thoroughly with a tablespoon of carrier oil or an unscented bath base before adding to warm bathwater. Never add undiluted essential oil directly to the bath.

For external and aromatic use only. Do not ingest. Never apply undiluted essential oil directly to the skin.

Always dilute appropriately and perform a patch test before first use. Citronella Oil may irritate or sensitise some skin types, particularly when used at excessive concentrations.

Avoid contact with the eyes, inner ears, mucous membranes and other sensitive areas. Do not apply to broken, irritated or highly sensitive skin.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Use around pets only in a spacious, well-ventilated area where the animal can move away from the aroma.
