For Aromatherapy: Add 1 drop to a diffuser filled with the recommended amount of water. Diffuse intermittently in a well-ventilated room.

For Diffuser Blends: Combine 1 drop of Cassia Oil with milder essential oils such as Sweet Orange, Bergamot, Frankincense, Cedarwood or Clove Bud.

For Home Fragrance: Use sparingly in professionally formulated candles, wax melts, potpourri, room sprays and seasonal fragrance products.

For Perfumery: Add in very small quantities to professionally formulated spicy, woody, oriental or gourmand fragrance compositions.

For Topical Formulations: Cassia Oil is not recommended for direct do-it-yourself skin application. It should be used only in professionally formulated products within the limit specified by the supplier’s current IFRA documentation.

For Bath Use: Direct use in bathwater is not recommended due to its strong potential to irritate or sensitise the skin.

For external and aromatic use only. Do not ingest. Never apply undiluted to the skin. Cassia Oil can cause significant skin irritation, sensitisation or an allergic reaction, even when diluted incorrectly. European scientific assessments identify cassia oil among natural fragrance materials associated with contact allergy.

Avoid contact with the eyes, face, nostrils, inner ears, mucous membranes and other sensitive areas. Do not use in direct steam inhalation. Use only in a well-ventilated area and discontinue use if irritation, coughing, dizziness, nausea or breathing discomfort occurs.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid use around infants and young children. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, while taking medication or if you have asthma, allergies, sensitive skin or another medical condition.

People with a known allergy or sensitivity to cinnamon, cassia, cinnamal or related fragrance materials should avoid this oil. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks and open flames.
