Bergamot Oil Citrus bergamia

For Aromatherapy: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser filled with the recommended amount of water.

For Topical Use: Dilute 1–2 drops in 5 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin.

For Massage: Add 4–6 drops to 30 ml of carrier oil and massage gently onto the body.

For Bath Use: Mix 3–4 drops with a tablespoon of carrier oil or an unscented bath base before adding to warm bathwater. Do not add undiluted essential oil directly to the bath.

For Home Fragrance: Add a few drops to potpourri, aroma stones or suitable natural cleaning and room-freshening formulations.

For external use only. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. Perform a patch test before first use. Keep away from the eyes, inner ears and other sensitive areas. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Cold-pressed bergamot essential oil may increase the skin’s sensitivity to sunlight. Unless the product is specifically labelled FCF or bergapten-free, avoid direct sunlight and ultraviolet exposure on the application area for at least 12 hours after topical use.
