Camphor Essential Oil

For Aromatherapy: Add 1–3 drops to a diffuser filled with the recommended amount of water. Begin with a small quantity because Camphor Essential Oil has an exceptionally strong aroma.

For Topical Use: Dilute 1 drop in 10 ml of a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin.

For Massage: Add 2–3 drops to 30 ml of carrier oil and massage gently onto tired or overworked areas.

For Seasonal Aromatherapy: Blend one drop with Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Rosemary or Pine Needle Essential Oil in a diffuser to create a fresh and clarifying atmosphere.

For Home Fragrance: Add a small quantity to suitable room sprays, aroma stones, cleaning blends or deodorising formulations.

For Bath Use: Mix 1–2 drops thoroughly with a tablespoon of carrier oil or an unscented bath base before adding to warm bathwater. Never add undiluted essential oil directly to the bath.

For external and aromatic use only. Do not ingest. Camphor Essential Oil is highly concentrated and must always be appropriately diluted before skin application.

Do not apply to the face, nostrils, chest or neck of infants or young children. Avoid direct steam inhalation and do not inhale the oil from very close range. Keep away from the eyes, inner ears, mucous membranes and other sensitive areas.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for children, while taking medication, or if you have epilepsy, asthma, a neurological condition or another medical concern.

Perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation, dizziness, nausea, breathing discomfort or another adverse reaction occurs. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store securely away from heat, sparks and open flames.

Camphor trees occur in several chemotypes, and products sold as White Camphor Oil may be obtained through fractional processing of the distilled oil. The product identity and composition should therefore be confirmed using the supplier’s batch documentation.
